Do I need a trust, or is a will enough?
It depends on what you own and what you want to avoid. A will alone means your estate goes through probate. A trust can keep things private and out of court. At your consultation, we'll tell you which fits — including when the simpler option is the right one.
What happens if I die without a will in Massachusetts?
State law decides who raises your children and who receives your property — and it may not match what you'd choose. A plan takes those decisions back.

What should I bring to the first meeting?
